Set-up and host weekly meetings with department connecting service providers
Manage entertainment Staff Rosters
Manage entertainment department operations
Control Entertainment budget with group Customer Experience Manager and Resort Manager
Place orders on equipment
Monitor quality control of departments facilities, equipment and Staff performances
Present daily tasks and operational feedback in Resort meetings
Assist with innovative concepts and trends at Resort
Ensure Resort vibe and Staff presence is at highest quality and visibility consistently
Create weekly leisure programs and ensure information is sharded with Head Office timeously
Manage all Guest related queries including information on promotions, functions, events, and frequent questions about the Resort.
Assist with promotions, functions, and events.
Communicate all necessary and correct information in a professional manner.
Act within procedural parameters.
Issue, receive, and maintain all 2-way radios and other communication systems.
Take weekly stock takes and keep stock up to date, report timeously purchases that are required so that activities are always available as per advertising activity list.
Write and communicate all complaints
To be pro-active and use initiative with customer service and complaints.
Ensure prescribed standards are maintained in terms of maintenance, security, marketing, public relations, operations and hygiene within the prescribed working area.
Responsible for and ensure a prominent level of personal service & be highly visible to guests & staff alike.
Responsible for and ensure that pleasant, friendly and helpful behavior is always maintained.
Have a thorough knowledge of all facilities and services offered by the Resort.
To provide courteous and efficient service to all Guests.

To be familiar with staff and Company rules and policies, as well as the Fire, Health and Safety and Security procedures.

Up sell all Resort facilities.
Collect Surveys from Guests regularly.
Promote brand to business, events, communities, schools, charity and other.
Implement and facilitate guided hikes.
Operate and run all adventure sports activities like rope climbing rocks, gorge swing and other similar activities.
Set-up and lead entertainment events.
Strat plan new entertainment programs.

Facilitate and arrange kids and family entertainment games and activities.
Requirements:
Experience in Theme Park, Cruise Liner, Children’s camps, Hotels and Resorts entertainment
Leading kids and family games and activities
Public speaking
Computer literacy and Audio-visual expertise
Crisis management
Safety and security act (O.H.S.A)
First Aid
Clearance Certificate in terms of Part B of the National Protection Register
