Primary duties will include the collection on outstanding accounts, allocation of client payments, maintaining debit order and credit card instructions and resolving client queries. Receive and respond to Freshdesk tickets daily. A service orientated approach must be adopted when assisting members, which may require face to face consultation. Ensuring that established Call Centre performance standards are achieved is necessary.

Key Performance Areas:

• Set-up and host create meeting with entertainment department Staff weekly
• Set-up and host weekly meetings with department connecting service providers
• Manage entertainment Staff Rosters
• Manage entertainment department operations
• Control Entertainment budget with group Customer Experience Manager and Resort Manager
• Place orders on equipment
• Monitor quality control of departments facilities, equipment and Staff performances
• Present daily tasks and operational feedback in Resort meetings
• Assist with innovative concepts and trends at Resort
• Ensure Resort vibe and Staff presence is at highest quality and visibility consistently
• Create weekly leisure programs and ensure information is sharded with Head Office timeously  
• Manage all Guest related queries including information on promotions, functions, events, and frequent questions about the Resort.
• Assist with promotions, functions, and events.
• Communicate all necessary and correct information in a professional manner.
• Act within procedural parameters.
• Issue, receive, and maintain all 2-way radios and other communication systems.

Requirements:

• Experience in Theme Park, Cruise Liner, Children’s camps, Hotels and Resorts entertainment

• Crisis management
• Safety and security act (O.H.S.A)
• First Aid  
• Clearance Certificate in terms of Part B of the National Protection Register
• Valid Driver’s Licence

To Manage & actively run all aspects of the technical, mechanical & grounds maintenance of a large and expanding resort. The ability to plan & execute maintenance programs & projects. The ability to implement & maintain preventative Maintenance programs. Management of Departmental expenditure, budgets, stock, and tools. The successful candidate must be prepared to work a 6-day week, shifts, public holidays weekends and overtime. Will be required to manage staff and to liaise with Service providers to achieve desired standards and service levels.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position in a large operation within the Hospitality Industry
• Sound knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, building, carpentry, aircon, heat pump, water reticulation/sewerage plants, swimming pool and general maintenance
• Be able to control stores
• Supervise staff and assist in resort activities
• Un-endorsed code B drivers’ licence and valid matric
• Computer literate.

Key Performance Areas: 

The position is supporting the Manager in all aspects of the technical / mechanical / grounds side of the resort functions.  The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and maintaining Air conditioning units of the resort including all refrigeration units. Must be prepared to work a 6 day week, shifts, public holidays week-ends and overtime. Will be required to manage staff and liaise with Service providers to achieve desired standard.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar maintenance position
• Sound knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, building, carpentry, aircon, refrigeration, Hvac, heat pumps, water reticulation and pool maintenance
