Marketing Collateral: Design brochures, catalogs, flyers, and digital assets tailored to showcase manufacturing products and services.
Technical Documentation: Develop visually appealing layouts for manuals, spec sheets, and product guides, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
Brand Identity: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all internal and external communication.
Digital Design: Create graphics for websites, newsletters, social media, and digital ads, with an understanding of B2B marketing strategies.
Trade Shows & Events: Design booths, banners, and promotional materials for trade shows and industry events.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product development, and sales teams to translate technical information into engaging visuals.
Photography & Media: Coordinate product photoshoots, edit images, and oversee the creation of videos or animations for marketing purposes.
Team Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior designers and ensure the quality of their work aligns with industry standards.
Is this job for you ?
The ideal candidate must have Matric and bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field min 5 years’ experience of graphic design experience, with a preference for work in industrial or manufacturing sectors. Min 1 year experience in team management.
This role calls for a person with advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). A plus: if you have experience with motion graphics and video editing using tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro. Familiarity with CAD design or 3D modelling tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Blender) is preferred
