Applicants must have a minimum of Grade 12 (NQF level 4), 3 year National Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent NQF level 6 qualification. Postgraduate qualifications will be an added advantage.
At least 3 years of HR experience within a generalist HR environment, sound knowledge of HR legislation, HR Payroll, and Performance Management System
Key Performance Areas:
The successful incumbent will be expected to perform, amongst others, but not limited to, the following tasks and responsibilities:
Facilitate the recruitment and selection process, Conditions of service Administration, Performance management administration, Training and Development administration, and perform administrative support functions.
