Senior Human Resources Manager

EarthStream Global is representing a leading engineering company that provides high-quality air and gas handling products and turnkey solutions to various industries globally. They are currently seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to provide generalist human resources service to all divisions within the group. The role reports into the MD and is based in Johannesburg. This is a position suited for a hands-on person who is well versed with HRIS and be able to work with multiple divisions. You will be ultimately responsible for maintaining a sound labour relations environment and promote a productive workforce in support of achieving the company objectives

The successful candidate will have the following attributes: 

• Qualification in Human Resources Management.
• At least 8+ years’ Human Resources generalist experience having been responsible for Human Resources delivery across multiple divisions /group level
• Proven management skills and able to deal with performance and motivational staffing issues.
• Dispute resolutions with extensive exposure and experience in CCMA cases.
• Computer literate – Microsoft Office Suite, Teams
• Well versed with HRIS i.e. Workday Efficiency
• Sound knowledge and understanding of applicable legislation
