An appropriate Bachelor’s Degree/ National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Information Security/ Information Technology or related qualification.
CompTIA Security+/ Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)/ Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)/ Information/ Cybersecurity international certificate will be an added advantage.
A minimum of two (2) years’ relevant experience in Information Security environment.
DUTIES :
Administration and Operations of the Department’s Managed Security Services infrastructure, which includes both Endpoint and Perimeter Security. Manage the process of vulnerability assessments within the Department. Continuous Threat Management, resolve identified issues as per the Department’s audit action plan.
Implement and manage an effective Patch Management Process to ensure compliance with the Department’s IT Systems. Implementation of information security policies on the department’s ICT infrastructure.
Perform penetration testing on the Department’s IT Systems. VPNra Administration, User Access Management.
