    Senior Inhouse Controller

    Key Responsibilities

    •  Physical work involved i.e. Delivering and collection of shipments within around the client site, loading of shipment
    •  Daily running of both the Operational and Admin responsibilities of the In-house site
    •  Generating waybills on ACI Online for all shipment
    •  Managing of client roll-outs
    •  Responsible for all the staff working at the In-house site, or any other site linked to the client i.e. all leave requirements and forms, uniforms etc.
    •  Manage and assist with all queries related to your client’s consignments, following up with the Aramex office, and also the appointed Accounts Manager
    •  Ensure that staff abides with all the rules and regulations as laid down by the client
    •  Ensuring that staff follow the Disciplinary Rules and Guidelines of Aramex as published in the employee handbook
    •  Daily liaison with Operations is absolutely critical in the smooth running of an In-house operation, thus commitment to communicating daily with them, will ensure that the Service to the client is delivered

    Minimum Requirements

    •  Matric (Grade 12)
    •  Must have a valid Code 08 Driver’s licence
    •  Must have at least 5 years’ experience in the Logistics Industry
    •  Must have at least 3 years’ In house controller experience (Client liaison)
    •  Local knowledge of areas and neighbourhood
    •  Proficient in MS office (Outlook, Excel) and solid computer skills
