Physical work involved i.e. Delivering and collection of shipments within around the client site, loading of shipment
Daily running of both the Operational and Admin responsibilities of the In-house site
Generating waybills on ACI Online for all shipment
Managing of client roll-outs
Responsible for all the staff working at the In-house site, or any other site linked to the client i.e. all leave requirements and forms, uniforms etc.
Manage and assist with all queries related to your client’s consignments, following up with the Aramex office, and also the appointed Accounts Manager
Ensure that staff abides with all the rules and regulations as laid down by the client
Ensuring that staff follow the Disciplinary Rules and Guidelines of Aramex as published in the employee handbook
Daily liaison with Operations is absolutely critical in the smooth running of an In-house operation, thus commitment to communicating daily with them, will ensure that the Service to the client is delivered
Minimum Requirements
Matric (Grade 12)
Must have a valid Code 08 Driver’s licence
Must have at least 5 years’ experience in the Logistics Industry
Must have at least 3 years’ In house controller experience (Client liaison)
Local knowledge of areas and neighbourhood
Proficient in MS office (Outlook, Excel) and solid computer skills
