This role requires the candidate to develop and maintain reports and templates used in the Owls system. The role includes unit testing as well as system testing of Owls system changes and enhancements. The candidate must be able to work from detailed business specifications. They must be able to analyse system issues and implement practical solutions. Must be able to train and guide users and assist with user queries. A good work ethic, the ability to work in a team and to work independently, being self managed and an ability to deliver to deadlines are all critical aspects of this role.
