Role Overview:

• We are looking for an accomplished Technical Architect / Senior Developer / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to take on a leadership role within our organization. This position requires a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in software development, architecture, and client management. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in building and delivering products to the market, driving technical excellence, and leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Lead the design and architecture of scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, and other modern technologies.
• Product Development: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.
• Client Engagement: Manage relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and translating them into actionable project plans. Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and delivery.
• Team Mentorship: Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• DevOps and Automation: Implement best practices in DevOps and automation to enhance development processes, reduce time-to-market, and improve product quality.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success and ensure alignment on goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 15+ years of hands-on experience in software development and architecture with a proven track record in technical leadership.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, automation).
• Experience in product development and market delivery.
• Client Handling: Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering successful projects.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and lead teams effectively.
