Partner across teams: Collaborate with analysts, project managers, developers, testers, and subject matter experts; provide coaching and feedback to strengthen team capability.
Collaborate on data architecture: Work with technical teams on database and data-model design that optimizes reporting and analytics.
Document rigorously: Produce and maintain documentation for algorithms, parameters, models, and data definitions.
Enable decisions: Deliver timely insights that identify revenue opportunities, cost efficiencies, and strategic improvements across Global Operations.

Tools: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel).
Processes and platforms: Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and operational workflows; familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, and/or Salesforce/FinancialForce.
Core skills: Exceptional analytical problem solving, stakeholder communication (including executive-level storytelling), and project management across competing priorities.
Ways of working: Calm under pressure, comfortable with changing timelines, able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Leadership: Experience mentoring junior analysts; able to influence without direct line management.
