As a Senior Lead Analyst, you will design and deliver key performance indicator frameworks, build dynamic dashboards, and turn complex data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders. You will lead cross-functional analytics initiatives end-to-end, mentor junior analysts, and partner closely with product, engineering, and operational leaders.
What you will do
Own key performance indicator frameworks: Implement and maintain a comprehensive set of measures to monitor performance at functional, departmental, customer, product, and project levels.
Lead analytics projects: Manage multiple initiatives concurrently—scoping, prioritizing, and delivering measurable outcomes on time and within expectations.
Build dynamic reporting: Design online reports and dashboards using Structured Query Language (SQL), Extensible Markup Language (XML), Microsoft Power BI, and Qlik Sense to monitor and forecast operational performance.
Generate insights: Analyze large, complex datasets and translate findings into clear narratives and recommendations for executive and operational audiences.
Partner across teams: Collaborate with analysts, project managers, developers, testers, and subject matter experts; provide coaching and feedback to strengthen team capability.
Collaborate on data architecture: Work with technical teams on database and data-model design that optimizes reporting and analytics.
Document rigorously: Produce and maintain documentation for algorithms, parameters, models, and data definitions.
Enable decisions: Deliver timely insights that identify revenue opportunities, cost efficiencies, and strategic improvements across Global Operations.
Experience:
At least seven years in data analytics and advanced data visualization.
At least six years of hands-on experience with advanced Structured Query Language (SQL) and one or more business intelligence tools (Microsoft Power BI, Qlik Sense).
Tools: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel).
Processes and platforms: Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and operational workflows; familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, and/or Salesforce/FinancialForce.
Core skills: Exceptional analytical problem solving, stakeholder communication (including executive-level storytelling), and project management across competing priorities.
Ways of working: Calm under pressure, comfortable with changing timelines, able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Leadership: Experience mentoring junior analysts; able to influence without direct line management.
Nice to have:
Forecasting and modeling experience in operational or services environments.
Exposure to life sciences or healthcare, or other complex and regulated operations.
Experience defining data quality rules and governance processes.
