MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

•   PhD/D Tech and undergraduate study in the field of Management Sciences
•   At least 5 years teaching experience / professional experience.
•   Evidence of publication track record in peer reviewed journals.
•   Evidence of completed postgraduate supervision.
•   Good communication and lecturing skills.
•   A strong passion for teaching and research.
•   All of the above have to consistent with the University’s Staff Promotions Policy

•   Business management acumen.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

•   Take responsibility for the teaching, learning and assessing of modules offered, at all levels and associated with the programme in the Department
•   Make major contributions to the academic quality by providing leadership of all aspects of offerings associated with the DUT: Business School
•   Lead, develop, design and review all learning content associated with the DUT: Business School
•   Supervise and co-supervise postgraduate students
•   Publish reputable journals
•   General administrative duties assigned by the Deputy Dean: DUT: Business School
