The role is office based.
The Senior Legal Counsel must:
have a minimum of 5 years experience in working with commercial contracts
able to negotiate/draft relevant agreements
compliance and regulatory experience
advise internal divisions on relevant areas of law
engage external stakeholders
liaise with external counsel
Requirements:
LLB degree
minimum 5 years post articles experience as a commercial lawyer
