    Senior Manager (Forensics) - Gauteng

    • The Senior Manager is responsible for the development of goals and objectives. He/she conducts and implements short- term and long-term planning. The Senior Manager will performs related work as required/requested.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Directs the implementation of goals, objectives, policies and procedures and work standards.
    • Monitor daily operations.
    • Ensure that the division runs effectively and efficiently.
    • Personally handles the difficult, sensitive projects in the division.
    • Oversees the financial well-being of the company.
    • Provides for the division Training, professional development, and performance evaluation of sub-ordinate staff; makes recommendations on hiring, termination, promotion, and discipline as required.
    • Perform other duties of a similar nature or level.
    • Maintains a commitment to the company vision and the ‘spirit’ of the organization.

    Planning and Organisation:

    • Represents the division in meetings.
    • Format of work must be done according to the company’s policies and instructions which may vary from time to time.
    • Planning and implementing assignments and tasks.
    • Prioritizing assignments and handling them accordingly.
    • Supervising and evaluating staff
    • Managing multiple tasks, often with deadlines.
    • Provide leadership and motivating staff.
    • Prepare, clear, concise, and informative reports, correspondence and other written materials.
    • Handling difficult and sensitive situations using sound, independent judgement within legal guidelines.
    • Such other duties may be determined by the division Director or by the Executive Committee.

    Requirements
    Requirements:           

    • A post graduate degree (Legal/Financial/IT) with 8 years relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
    • Effective leadership qualities.
    • Effective communication skills.
    • CFE and/or FP/SA designation.
