To oversee and provide centralized human resource services, including talent acquisition, retention, benefits, and HR transactions and ensures the efficiency of operations, technology, and processes, and establishes standards for employee inquiries and HR program administration.
Requirements
Ensure the smooth functioning of HR operations
Optimize HR processes and transaction workflows
Standardize procedures across subsidiaries.
Develop and oversee talent acquisition strategies
Implement retention programs to reduce turnover
Analyze workforce data to inform recruitment strategies
Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
Evaluate program effectiveness and make improvements
Coordinate with HRIS and technology specialists
Ensure integration and functionality of HR systems
Analyze data to drive HR decisions
Establish standards for handling employee inquiries and IR processes
Support HR program managers in addressing employee needs
Foster a positive employee experience
Qualifications/Experience
Post Grad in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Master’s in Human Resources Management, Business Administration will be added advantage.
Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in HR or similar role.
Certificate in professional HR certification (e.g. SHRM-SCP, SPHR) will be added advantage.
