Senior Manager - Internal Collections at Kelly

Experience/ Responsibilities:

• Please note that this is a VERY senior role and requires an experienced person with at least 8 - 10 years experience
• Must have experience in the Credit Retail environment
• Proven ability to achieve or exceed targets
• In-depth knowledge of collection techniques and relevant legislation essential
• The effective operational management of the 3 in-house collections departments.
• Must be able to travel 2/3 times per month
• Responsible for the strategic direction of the Internal Collections business unit
• Implement strategies that ensure company delinquency and bad debt targets are achieved
• Collaborate with key stakeholders like the Credit Risk & Analytics department
• Motivate, mentor and coach the collections leadership group
