Senior Manager, Receivables at Standard Bank Group

Job Overview:

• An exciting opportunity is now available in the Standard Bank CIB Transactions Product and Services nosiness to partner with internal stakeholders to identify and customise product solutions for Receivables, contributing towards future product innovations and current enhancements while driving product profitability and adhering to risk and compliance regulations.
• The successful incumbent will join as a Senior Manager reporting into the Executive Head: Receivables. You will contribute towards the end-to-end Payments/Receivables value chain for multiple markets across Africa, delivering customised solutions that assist clients to optimally manage their cash flow, while driving both P&R and TPS profitability.
• Strong Product Management is key to this role, as the incumbent will actively contribute towards future product innovations and current product enhancements in the relevant area (Payments / Receivables ) of expertise by staying abreast of new digital technologies, market trends, Fintech disruptions, artificial intelligence and behavioural economics to remain relevant and competitive.

Experience:

• Relevant Business Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, Commerce
• Experience at previous financial services institutions, specifically within Payments and Receivables at a Senior level
• Experience in client engagements across sectors, geography or country
• Experience with managing and processing a high volume of collections
