Lead, drive and actively manage the Recovery and Resolution Planning revision and development process, whilst ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements and alignment with the Group.
Proactive engagement and analysis of new and emerging regulations.
Support Group entities with Recovery and Resolution Planning.
Job Description
Design, implement and maintain comprehensive Recovery Plans in line with regulatory expectations and international best practise.
Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate Recovery and Resolution Planning strategies into the broader risk management framework.
Maintain strong relationships with business and relevant key role players to understand their operations to ensure relevance of Recovery Plan write ups to specific business environments.
Lead and co-ordinate the Group participation with regulatory, industry, international standard setting bodies and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective communication.
Prepare material for senior stakeholder meetings.
Keep abreast with local and global developments relating to Recovery and Resolution Planning to ensure adherence to leading practices.
Partner with business areas and other teams across the Group to execute on Recovery and Resolution Planning deliverables.
Prepare playbooks for Recovery and Resolution Planning.
Provide guidance and direction to Recovery and Resolution Planning participants and business role players as and when required.
Analyse the impact of new and emerging regulations relating to Recovery and Resolution Planning on the Group.
Support subsidiaries with Recovery and Resolution Planning.
Any other ad hoc projects relating to Recovery and Resolution Planning.
