Senior Manager Release Management at CSG International

What you'll do

• You will report to the Vice President of Software Development to manage solution delivery coordinatio across a broad and complex solution, scope, and risk.
• You will advise global programs to ensure quality releases, including Development, Source Control, Sanity Testing, Regression Testing, and Automation.
• You will drive product related quality concerns, picked up during the processes, with program teams
• You will identify strategies to improve speed and quality by providing the following: ITIL expertise and assistance to L3/L2 support teams, Agile expertise and coaching to program teams, guidance on process improvements, release KPIs and self-serving visibility.
• You will develop policies, procedures, and specifications to ensure release speed and quality
• You will participate with third parties to identify opportunities to improve design, delivery, and execution

• Bachelor's degree, related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in English in a business environment
• Experience in Customer-facing support role
• Experience in the improvement of complex software systems
• Understanding of complex software system architecture and operation
