Senior Manager: Retail Multi-Tied Sales at Alexander Forbes

Purpose of Role

We looking for a candidate to fill in a senior manager role, the Ppurpose of the role is to execute the on Provincial Retail Sales Channel strategy and drive sales distribution networks that efficiently and effectively delivers all Alexander Forbes retail products, to Provincial customers and target market. This will include the achievement of product sales targets and the delivery of an excellent, consistent customer experience across all products at the lowest possible cost, in line with a ‘serve-to-sell’ culture.

You’re Task Scope of work

• You will be responsible for executing the initiatives provided by National Executive and to achieve these outcomes in alignment to the Retail Cluster vision and growth strategies and right-sizingright sizing of capacity across the channel.
• We looking for an incumbent with strong leadership skills, to motivate and inspire the teams to achieve outstanding results.
• The role has an official seat on the Provincial Sales and Service Distribution Channel Manco. The incumbent is accountable for understanding Provincial Customer base, growth opportunities and specific demands.
• Driving profitable sales volume of all Retail products (spanning risk and investment) through Provincial Multi Tied sales channel
• Work closely with Individual Consulting team to achieve our strategic deliverables
• Achieve an excellent, consistent customer experience across channel and implement a culture of ‘serve to sell’ while team is selling
• Drive the implementation of strategies to achieve high levels of profitable sales of all retail products through tied channels in line with budgets, including the deployment and adoption of enabling tools, technologies and skills development in collaboration with Distribution and Business Enablement 
• Drive the implementation of strategies to achieve an excellent, consistent customer experience and a culture of serve-to-sell
• Implement cost- and risk-reduction strategies across the distribution channels, including regulatory compliance

Essential Skills and Experience

• University Degree in related area with minimum 5 years’ experience in Advise frame work - Product led and best practice
• Completed regulatory certifications (Key Individual) RE e1 and RE 5
• Completed a CFP CFP (Ideal not essential)
• and FAISais credits ( meet(meet the fit and proper requirements)
• Product knowledge
• Strong leadership skills a minimum of 32 years’ experience in leadership
• Strong interpersonal skills
• High energy self-starter and technical thinker are words that describe the character traits favourable for this position  
• High degree of personal motivation, a desire for decision to achieve success with sense of urgency Strong interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit, being proactive and is able to take ownership.
