About the Role

• Commercially driven territory owner responsible for scaling distribution, volume, and category presence across the Western Cape. This role goes beyond standard sales representation, focusing on building long-term trade networks and executing regional strategies.

Key Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven sales and business development experience.
• Prior experience in the tobacco or vape industry is preferred, but strong FMCG candidates will be considered.
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
• Strong track record in territory management, route planning, and hit-driven KPI management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with retailers, distributors, and key trade partners.
• Execute regional commercial strategies to drive distribution and category volume growth.
• Track regional data, monitor competitor activities, and manage structural territory KPIs.
