Senior NetSuite Administrator- CPT at Optimal Growth Technologies

Role Overview

• We are looking for a skilled Senior NetSuite Administrator to take ownership of the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimisation of the NetSuite ERP environment.
• This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with business users, improving system efficiency, and ensuring the stability, performance, and usability of NetSuite across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the NetSuite platform, including user roles, permissions, workflows, and configurations
• Act as the primary point of contact for NetSuite-related support and system issues
• Manage system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and release coordination
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to translate business needs into NetSuite configurations
• Develop and maintain saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, and reports
• Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with internal controls
• Create and maintain system documentation, procedures, and user training materials

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite configuration, user management, workflows, and reporting
• Experience supporting ERP processes across finance, order management, and operations
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues and work with developers or vendors where required
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment

Qualifications

• NetSuite certification(s) highly advantageous
• Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience
