As our new HR business partner, you will be supporting the Line of Business (LoB) in driving the development of the business strategy and translating it into a people plan to improve business performance and drive business transformation. Support Line of Business LoB as strategic HR Business Partner for Organisational Development, Resource planning, Comp & Benefits management, Employee Relations guidance and Talent development. You will be reporting to Director: People & Organisation. Also as our HR Business Partner, you will:
Act as a strategic HR partner for Organizational Development, Resource Planning, Compensation & Benefits Management, Employee Relations guidance, and Talent Development.
Conduct periodic talent reviews and ensure up-to-date succession plans and development actions in the departments.
Collaborate with the P&O Director to define strategic and operational HR priorities for the LoB.
Drive activities to promote a working environment that generates preferred employer status.Identify, make recommendations, and resolve any compensation & benefits issues.
Work with the Talent Attraction specialist to implement engagement surveys and drive actions to make Novo Nordisk a great place to work and an employer of choice.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/Organizational Psychology, Business/Health Sciences, or a relevant field.
Experience in coaching and developing people managers.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and reward activities.
Senior stakeholder management experience.
Experience in managing change programs, business transformation, and related activities.
Project management experience.
Organizational Development planning experience (desirable).
Experience working within the pharmaceutical industry or other regulated industry (desirable).
