Job Description

• We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing and delivering cutting-edge digital experiences across both web and app platforms. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects that span digital interfaces, physical venue experiences, and cross-channel interactions. Your designs will be instrumental in shaping user journeys that are not only engaging and user-friendly but also innovative and reflective of our brand’s vision.

• User-Centric Design: Lead the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs and creating designs that align with business objectives.
• Multi-Platform Design: Design cohesive user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with teams to translate business requirements into innovative design solutions.
• Agile Methodology: Actively participate in agile ceremonies and be adaptable to changes.
• Design System & Branding: Contribute to and maintain design systems that align with the brand identity.
• Innovation: Stay informed of industry trends and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in product design for web and mobile platforms.
• Skills: Strong portfolio demonstrating design success, proficiency in design tools (especially Figma), and a deep understanding of UX principles.
• Experience: Experience in cross-channel design, agile methodologies, and effective communication.
