Create and lead the Product Growth Team – shaping vision, roadmap, and outcomes within product journeys, driving growth through in-product experiences across key moments like signup, activation, and retention.
Collaborate with your product peers and lead with product led growth principles to improve journeys, quantitative customer insights, triggers, time-to-value, reduce drop-off, and increase meaningful and personalised attachment.
Work closely with Go to Market, Customer Value Management, Customer Operations, Data, Risk and Compliance Collaborate with Customer Value Management, Customer Operations, and Data to align in-product growth initiatives with out-of-product engagement and communications. Partner with Account Management, Merchant Success, and Support to share insights, test impact, and ensure in-product experiences complement human touchpoints across the customer journey.
Define and launch micro-products that act as onramps into larger product value – simple, habit-forming tools that lead to deeper engagement.
Contextual and personalisation create context-aware lifecycle interventions and personalised nudges using AI and behavioural triggers.
Champion new ways of working – including Shape Up cycles, lean squads, and AI-assisted tooling to drive agility and focus.
Make the mission tangible – tying product growth directly to Yoco’s broader strategy of creating a new category for small business enablement.
Drive and cooperate with stakeholders to define problems, scope work, and deliver measurable outcomes – not just tickets.

Clear uplift in merchant acquisition and attachment to strategic products and features.
Reduced merchant friction and improved product and merchant activation rates across key customer segments.
Close partnership with Customer Value Management ( CVM) to deliver intelligent, personalised lifecycle enhancements.
Product growth recognised as a key driver of ecosystem engagement and category creation.
About you
7+ years in product, growth, or innovation roles – ideally with a mix of startup and platform experience.
Proven track record of owning growth metrics and running high-impact experiments across product journeys.
Strong analytical background, preferably hands on mixpanel, datastudio, metabase or SQL experience.
Deep experience in design thinking, experimentation and experience design. Either as an individual contributor or as part of team partnership.
Strong product intuition, backed by sharp analytical thinking and a comfort with ambiguity.
An entrepreneurial mindset – you’re proactive, resilient, and able to work across functions without waiting for permission.
Interest in AI-driven product personalisation and bespoke automation at scale.
Experience or appetite for exploring new methods of working (e.g. Shape Up, lean cycles, experimental pods).
