Job Description:

Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Manage the PHC Clinics
• Prepare clinic facilities for optimal efficiency  
• Chronic Disease Management 
• Conducts  monthly internal audits and give feedback to senior managers 
• Maintain and manage quality nursing care   
• Quality stock control 
• Identify client’s trends and needs ,develop health programs 
• Accurate record keeping 
• Conducting Inservice training 
• Human resource allocation 
• Manage discipline within department 
• HR administration such as leave forms, exception reports.

Qualifications

• Grade 12
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing Science
• Primary Health Care diploma
• Registered with SANC
• Dispensing licence
• Basic Life Support certificate
• QMed

Experience;

• 2-3 years’ experience in similar role

Knowledge and Skills:

Operations:

• Knowledge of operational processes within scope of role

Management:

• Risk management techniques and critical controls

Compliance:

• Safety, health and environment, legislative, statutory, regulatory and permitting requirements
• Knowledge of relevant mining & labour legislation
