Job Description

• Our client, a leading financial services organisation, is looking for an experienced Senior Programme Manager / Digital Delivery Lead to support a large-scale digital transformation programme.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating multiple concurrent Agile workstreams, ensuring delivery remains aligned to business priorities, timelines and expected outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate delivery across multiple digital workstreams.
• Translate programme priorities into structured and executable delivery plans.
• Manage programme milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and resource constraints.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, architecture and governance.
• Drive programme governance, reporting and stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure approved requirements and designs transition effectively into implementation.
• Monitor delivery progress and proactively identify and escalate delivery constraints.
• Facilitate timely decision-making across key stakeholders.
• Support effective resource planning and delivery capacity management.
• Ensure delivery remains aligned to agreed scope, timelines and business outcomes.
• Support knowledge transfer and continuity across delivery teams.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in programme or technology delivery within a large enterprise environment.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent Agile workstreams.
• Strong experience in digital transformation and software delivery.
• Experience working across business, technology, architecture, risk and governance functions.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex dependencies, risks, issues and delivery milestones.
• Experience within financial services, banking or insurance is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of digital applications, technology delivery and enterprise integrations.
• Excellent communication, coordination and reporting skills.

Advantageous Experience

• Insurance or banking domain experience.
• Experience with large-scale digital platforms and transformation programmes.
• Exposure to API-led integration, enterprise integration and real-time digital solutions.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Experience coordinating distributed or cross-functional technical teams.
