    Senior Project Manager

    Position Summary:

    Our Project Managers are responsible for the day-to-day management of the groups Client accounts(s). They partner with Account Leadership to deliver operational disciplines and delivery excellence, speed to market, resource optimization and profitability management. Project Managers are efficient operators, who demonstrate strong organizational and communication abilities. They are highly accountable leaders who are able to build strong relationships and collaborate with/draw on the expertise of The Group’s vast resources and capabilities.

    MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS:

    • The key day-today project contact with Client Service, Creative Teams and other Agency partners
    • Managing Client objectives, expectations and timelines and communicating changes/directions to internal Team Members
    • Working with Group PD to ensure right resource allocation and management on any given project/campaign.
    • Analyzing and understand brief ensuring it is accurate and all information has been received before being scheduled.
    • Owning integrated Delivery timelines and submission of Timing Plan(s)
    • Accurately identifying types of work and scopes, timing, difficulty of work and ensuring processes are in place to get things done on time.
    • Working within budget and ensuring control of budget
    • Ensuring high quality delivery and execution
    • Working integrally with All Team Members and Agency Partners
    • Driving integration
    • Understanding staffing and scoping requirements
    • Identifying potential risks and developing contingency plans
    • Developing and maintaining high levels of Team effectiveness (trust, communication, collaboration, productivity, diversity and engagement)
    • Scheduling and attending of meetings (Kick Starts/Review/presentations ect)
    • Understanding and respecting department roles

    Qualifications

    • At least +5 years of relevant experience preferably in the Advertising sector 
    • Experience working off the Chase System
    • Tertiary qualification in respective field
    • Problem solving & decision making skills
    • Strong analytical & reasoning skills
    • Relationship building
    • Attention to detail
