Senior Project Manager - SETA And funding experience essential
Attend weekly status update meetings with the Cluster Executive
Ensure that the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) and divisional processes are up to date and that staff are adhering to the policies and procedures
Work closely with providers to ensure optimum use of funding received from the SETA / Funder
Identify and respond to grant applications from the relevant SETA’s / Funder
Identify funding opportunities with other SETA’s / funders that they are not currently working with (this would incorporate funding for the Group’s entities)
Manage the discretionary funding implementation process once awarded i.e. recruitment of learners, identification of hosts etc.
Ensure that the Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) with the SETA’s are signed, filed and extended where necessary
Develop and maintain relationships with key individuals at the respective SETA’s
Monitor the progress of all projects nationally and complete monthly reports required by the CEO
Ensure that projects are being managed against the budget and review the accruals on a monthly basis to ensure that they accurately reflect the projected income
Ensure that the correct evidence/paperwork is submitted to the SETA’s together with the invoices to ensure timeous submission for payment
REQUIREMENTS:
National Senior Certificate
Relevant NQF Level 8 Qualification
Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role or industry
Ability to communicate effectively with Senior and Executive Management
