Senior Provisioning Admin Officer: Logistics at North West Provincial Government

REQUIREMENTS :

• Grade 12. Diploma or Degree (NQF 6/7) in Logistics Management / Financial Management / Supply Chain Management. A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the relevant field of which 1 years must be at supervisory. A valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge: Supervisory, Service delivery innovation, Problem Solving and Analysis, Client Orientation and Customer Focus, Communication, People Management and Empowerment, Change Management, Programme and Project Management. Understanding of corporate services management in public service, Batho Pele Principles. Supply Chain Management processes. Logistics.
• Competencies: Programme and project management skills, change management, problem-solving and conflict management skills. Presentation Skill, People management and empowerment skills. Client orientation, customer focus and communication skills. Honesty and integrity, knowledge management, networking, presentation skills and computer skills. Excellent indepth knowledge and insight into all applicable policy frameworks governing the public sector, conflict resolution, creative skills, negation skill, teamwork.

DUTIES :

• Render authorisation of purchase orders. Check the correctness of ACK allocated. Print purchase orders. Compile statistics of approved, changed and closed orders, Compilation of monthly reports. Participate during stocktaking of the institutions for inventory. Supervise Staff.
