    Senior Reliability Engineer - ARMS Reliability

    A Senior Reliability Engineer effectively applies a wide variety of reliability techniques to a diverse range of industries and effectively manages a project from beginning to end to meet customer expectations and all project deliverables. The Senior Reliability Engineer is engaged in business development and has a deep understanding of the different ways clients run their Asset Strategy Management, Asset Performance Management, and how to identify the optimal outcomes for client success

    As a Lead Engineer - Reliability, you will be responsible for:

    • Facilitating problem solving sessions using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) competently.
    • Undertaking and ensuring effective application of Reliability Studies using various Reliability Methods including but not limited to FMECA, Lifecycle Cost Calculations, and Root Cause Analysis.
    • Managing and administering project-related activities ensuring projects are completed on-time, within budget and within internal and external quality/specification requirements.
    • Handling work requiring analysis of data to provide a clear interpretation of information
    • Participating in business development planning processes, in collaboration with sales teams and global/key account teams
    • Training others in Reliability methods for client in-house training and public seminars for Asset Strategy Management.
    • Coaching & Training for Personnel in the team.

    To be successful in this role you will:

    • Have Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Discipline.
    • Have at least 5 years of Maintenance and/or Reliability experience.
    • Have experience in the application of reliability methods and techniques gained within relevant industry.
    • Be experienced in managing projects and able to demonstrate skills in all project elements including timelines, deliverables and budgets
    • Have experience in data analysis including extraction from various data sources the ability to summarize data into conclusions
    • Have experience in leading diverse groups in the facilitation of problem solving and/or process / maintenance improvement studies.
    • Be able to communicate effectively both written and verbal. Presents authoritatively with a diverse demographic from hourly employees to senior executives
