MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in creation and formulating of Training Material on a National Level
Support and initiate CIP initiatives as it relates to customer Implementations
Monitor, manage and track all major implementation projects keeping to deadlines and budget, through use of agreed project management software
Support all customers’ on-line connectivity with DSV Tracking and Tracing tools, including customer training.
Co-ordinate and project manage all customer EDI integrations as per agreed methodology on assigned Implementation projects
Support the rollout of MyDSV implementation
Coordinate support from System and Business Processes on all DSV tools as it relates to Implementation projects.
Ensure SOP updates are tracked in accordance with agreed process, version controlled and distributed/ uploaded to CW1
Lead and coordinate Quality project to ensure outdated CIT’s and SOP’s are completed on latest approved implementation templates and recorded on Document Master log
Enforce and facilitate use of correct version of all approved Implementation templates
Facilitate and support SOP reviews of selected customers at agreed intervals with CRM team
Facilitate calls with origin/ destination offices in conjunction with Trade – and Account Managers if agreement on processes required. Ensure IOP’s in place where needed.
Support National retention management on re implementation projects
Support National Sales & Project management on new business implementations
Coordinate and support A/S customer implementations that affect other business units. (XSILO)
