    Senior Sales Manager: Cloud

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies aligned with our business objectives, leveraging your deep understanding of the multicloud market landscape. 
    • Team Management: Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of sales specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize their performance and potential.
    • Client Engagement: Cultivate and nurture strategic relationships with key clients and partners, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and long-term collaboration. 
    • Sales Process Optimization: Continuously optimize our sales processes and methodologies to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability across the sales organization. 
    • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary to ensure we meet or exceed our targets. 
    • Collaboration and Alignment: Foster cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to drive integrated go-to-market strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

    Key Skills:

    • Proven track record of success in selling multicloud solutions, with deep expertise in AWS and Azure hyperscaler environments.
    • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing sales teams.
    • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate market trends and customer insights into actionable sales strategies.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Proficiency in sales tools and technologies, with experience in managing complex sales cycles that involve both cloud infrastructure and managed services components. Expertise in leveraging sales enablement tools and CRM systems to track opportunities, forecast revenue, and drive sales success in a multicloud environment
