Senior Sales Officer at Splendid Marketing and Communications

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving online sales, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our new retail products through various digital channels & retail market stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and revenue growth through proactive outreach and relationship building.
• Identify and engage potential customers through networking, market research, etc.
• Promote our brand and products through social media, email marketing, and other digital channels such as Alibaba, Amazon, Takealot, etc.
• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and live chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Meet and exceed online sales targets through proactive sales techniques and customer engagement.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, making recommendations to customers.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, making recommendations for improvement to the CEO.
• Active liaison with all our suppliers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Manage all administration pertaining to work done.

Requirements:

• Experience in promoting retail products
• 5 years of experience in online sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Good administration skills
