We are looking for an energetic and dynamic Senior Sales Representative to join our team in FreeState province. If you're passionate about medical technology, particularly Joint Replacement products, and possess excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, we want you to be a key player in delivering exceptional solutions and building strong customer relationships. What you will do:
Represent the company in a positive light and maintain a professional image
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of medical products and procedures, engaging in consultative clinical conversations
Act with integrity, exceeding customer expectations, and suggesting proactive improvements
Construct comprehensive business plans with SWOT analysis, SMART objectives, and contingency plans
Utilize consultative sales techniques to develop business and detail financing options for customers
Understand the commercial workings of the government and private sectors, leveraging this knowledge for business opportunities
Win market share and support cross-franchise colleagues in winning business
Recognize buying signals, react appropriately, and consistently close deals
Support more junior sales representatives and assist with tendering proposals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine deliverables, demonstrating sales leadership skills
Work under limited supervision, taking on an informal leadership role within significant projects
What You Need:
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience within the medical technology field
Specifically, experience with joint replacement products is required
Diploma in a related field is required
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English
Strong analytical and planning skills to effectively strategize and execute sales initiatives
Strong teamwork and networking skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Demonstrated commercial and business awareness to identify opportunities and drive successful outcomes
Valid driving license is required for travel and client visits
