RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support & coach teams to understand an effective way of working 
• Assist in the preparation (where required), & the facilitation of all Scrum ceremonies 
• Assist in educating & guiding teams in building and improving their delivery 
• Help teams assess their ‘Scrum Maturity’ and achieve higher levels of maturity. 
• Improve transparency within the teams and within Tech 
• Build a safe and trusting environment where conflict can be managed in a healthy way without fear of blame. 
• Support & empower the Technical Operations Team when it comes to backlog management, managing expectations with Stakeholders & forecasting work. 
• Collaborate with the Agile Team to share knowledge and brainstorm ideas. 
• Manage/develop/improve on reporting and metrics for multiple Teams. 
• Mentor other Scrum Masters to build a strong, aligned Agile team 

Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach 
• 7+ years ‘experience working with Agile Tech teams 
• Experience in implementing Agile methods or frameworks within an organization. 
• Demonstrated coaching experience 
• Hands-on experience in product and software development life cycles 
• Hold a relevant Scrum Master certification: 
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) 
• Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM)  

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Facilitation & training (Hybrid and In-Person)
• Strong knowledge of Agile software development with a focus on Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles 
• Thorough understanding of Agile software development methodologies, principles, and practices 
• Agile Mentorship

ADVANTAGEOUS: 

• Experience working with diverse teams in different organizations  
• Exposure to Azure DevOps  
• Experience in navigating organizational agility beyond the team level.
