Senior Services Architect at Boardroom Appointments

• Are you an experienced Services Architect with a passion for designing innovative Managed Services solutions for enterprise clients?
• We are looking for a Senior Services Architect to join a leading global technology organisation. This is a strategic pre-sales role where you'll work alongside sales, technical and delivery teams to design secure, commercially competitive, multi-year Managed Services solutions that enable digital transformation for some of the world's most recognised organisations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design end-to-end Professional Services, Support Services and Managed Services solutions across multiple technology domains.
• Lead solution design workshops with enterprise clients to understand business requirements and define future-state operating models.
• Develop commercially viable, profitable, multi-year service solutions and contribute to costing and commercial models.
• Collaborate with solution architects, technical specialists, finance, delivery teams and technology partners.
• Present compelling solution proposals to executive stakeholders and support the sales team throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Ensure smooth transition from solution design into service delivery.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry best practices to create innovative client solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience designing enterprise Managed Services solutions.
• Strong pre-sales and solution architecture experience.
• Proven ability to structure and shape large, multi-year outsourcing or Managed Services contracts.

Experience with:

• Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS and/or GCP)
• ITSM and ITIL
• Service Integration and Management (SIAM)
• DevSecOps and Cloud Native technologies
• Containers, Automation, AI, Analytics, RPA and modern application platforms
• Strong commercial acumen with experience developing costing models and value propositions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, consulting and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• ITIL certification preferred.
• SIAM, Agile, AWS, Azure or equivalent cloud certifications highly advantageous.
