Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Senior Software Developer with proven experience in architecting and implementing robust software solutions within the banking environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, hands-on coding experience, and a deep understanding of architectural principles. The role also requires expertise in TOGAF and ITIL methodologies to ensure alignment with industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable and secure software solutions for banking applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications
• Architect and design software systems, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and compliance with TOGAF and ITIL standards
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, security, and performance standards are met
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document architectural strategies and roadmaps
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and recommend their integration into the bank's software architecture
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards in all software development activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Senior Software Developer with a focus on software architecture
• Strong coding skills in languages such as Java, C#, or Python
• Experience with TOGAF and ITIL frameworks
• Solid understanding of banking systems and processes
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• IT certifications such as TOGAF and ITIL are required
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
