Interfacing with other personnel or team members to finalize requirements
Completing complex bug fixes, and resolving technical issues

Training entry-level engineers, ensuring that they are knowledgeable in critical aspects of their roles

Requirements
Have a BS degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience
Have substantial Software Development experience
Have an excellent understanding of data modelling principles, data manipulation languages and storage systems
Be expert in development languages, including C, Microsoft SQL Server, C#.net, HTML, CSS and JavaScript with experience in web technologies (Angular, Soap Services (WCF), Rest, MVC) being an additional benefit.
Have the ability to work well with internal and external technology resources
Have good knowledge of test-driven development
Have an advanced knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
