As a Senior Solution Sales Executive, you will lead the sales execution of SAP’s Business Transformation Management (BTM) portfolio across Southern and Emerging Africa in the Corporate Business segment. You will own full sales cycles, develop deep customer relationships, and drive business transformation outcomes for corporate customers. You will help build market momentum for SAP Signavio, SAP LeanIX, SAP WalkMe, and the Integrated Tool Chain—including Tricentis, Syniti, and Cloud ALM—while expanding SAP’s footprint across both new and existing customers.
What you’ll do
Drive customer engagements by articulating value and guiding customers through their BTM and Integrated Tool Chain journey.
Lead opportunity discovery, scoping, and solution positioning for SAP Signavio, LeanIX, WalkMe, Tricentis, Syniti, and Cloud ALM.
Own territory planning, pipeline development, and deal execution with operational discipline and strong enterprise sales acumen.
Deliver high‑quality solution demonstrations at L0/L1, tailored to customer scenarios.
Collaborate with Sales, RISE teams, Services, and Partners to build account strategies and expansion plans.
Lead technical and value‑focused discussions with C‑level stakeholders and align SAP architectures to customer transformation priorities.
Build pipeline in net‑new‑name (NNN) accounts and expand SAP’s presence across the assigned territory.
Continuously learn and evangelize new capabilities across the Integrated Tool Chain, acting as a market‑maker for emerging technologies.
What you bring
Experience in enterprise software sales with a strong track record in Southern and Emerging Africa.
Ability to build NNN and volume business in competitive markets.
Understanding of Business Process Management, Process Mining, and Enterprise Architecture concepts.
Knowledge of the SAP ecosystem, including Business Suite, AI innovations, and Integrated Toolchain strategy.
Ability to deliver compelling solution demonstrations and lead multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
Experience in territory planning, pipeline development, and entering new accounts.
Strong communication and presentation skills with credibility at C‑level.
Preferred attributes:
Experience with SAP methodologies.
Solution‑selling exposure to BPM, Process Mining, and Enterprise Architecture.
Knowledge of Tricentis, Syniti, or SAP Cloud ALM.
Experience coordinating Virtual Account Teams and cross‑functional engagement.
Certification in MEDDPICC or equivalent sales methodology.
Discipline in forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM usage.
