    Senior Specialist: CEX Metrics, Insights & Analytics

     Synthesise data through the creation and running of analytical models based on critical questions pertaining to customer experience. Apply analytics to assemble and integrate data from diverse sources, test hypotheses, discover actionable insights and predict outcomes that will assist BCX to optimise returns

    Required Certification/Professional Registration None

    • Qualification Relevant degree (NQF 7) or Diploma (NQF 6)
    • Experience 8 - 10 years' experience in marketing and communications
