Senior Specialist, TCM Data, Governance and Reporting at Standard Bank Group

Job Description

• To develop TCM Group reports, associated dashboards, with detailed visualizations to communicate TCM metric insights effectively. Prepare & present data governance reports, dashboards, & metrics to senior leadership, & to monitor compliance with data governance policies & assess effectiveness of data management controls. Lead the Group TCM Reporting and Regulatory Data compliance function both internally and externally, including TCM financial risk reports included in AFS & associated booklets.

• Institutional knowledge of SBG and all legal entities. Solid prior experience to enable the incumbent to identify key risk or issues as they arise. Strong experience in delivering well governed monthly executive reporting processes, board reporting and external reporting, with excellent visualisation skills for financial storytelling. Experience in scrutinising data and challenging information to ensure completeness and accuracy. Data management and governance skills critical.
