• The successful incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that all finished goods are received from the factory scanned, palletized and placed in the loading bay ready for dispatch.

Receiving of finished goods from production.

• Finished goods stock received & palletized according to specification.
• Physically palletize finished stock of the Rooibos Line conveyor during breaks daily

Chep pallet online inspection

• Create SAP transactions for the dispatch of finished goods
• Handling and ordering of CHEP pallets, including stock counts
• Manage, Control and Reconciliation off GKN chep pallets on (Portfolio Plus

Forklift driving

• Forklift driving-Daily loading & receiving of finished goods stock.
• Maintain and sustain the usage of Equipment (Forklifts)

Finished goods load preparation

• Scanning of finished goods at dispatch

Adhoc

• 2 years experience at a Supervisory level
• Manage, Control and Reconciliation off GKN chep pallets on (Portfolio Plus)
• Report all issues pertaining to the department timeously
• Conduct team meetings
• Train staff on procedures and SOP’s
• Labour management
• Update team notice boards
• The capture of work requests on Pragma
• Departmental GMP audit preparations
• Oversee the department in the absence of the Section Leader
• Logging of job cards on pragma
• Complete Best time & weekly overtime reports

Minimum Requirements:

Experience:                                                                   

• 2 – 3 years warehouse experience within the FMCG industry
• 2 years experience at a Supervisory level

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Tertiary Qualification – Warehouse Management qualification or related
