    Key Responsibilities

    Executive & Personal Assistance (±60%)

    • Proactively manage complex, multi-stakeholder executive diaries, ensuring optimal prioritisation of time aligned to business priorities
    • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, materials, and logistics

    • Coordinate local and international travel end-to-end (itineraries, visas, logistics, contingencies)
    • Act as a key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and discretion
    • Execute ad hoc executive requests efficiently, ensuring high responsiveness and attention to detail
    • Support coordination across the CEO office to ensure alignment between the Executives and broader leadership team

Strategic Execution & Governance Support (±20%)

    • Track and drive follow-through on key strategic initiatives across the executive office
    • Maintain and manage RAG (Red-Amber-Green) status reporting on strategic priorities and key programmes
    • Prepare and consolidate management reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for leadership forums (e.g., Exco, Board, SteerCos)
    • Capture, track, and follow up on meeting actions to ensure accountability and execution discipline
    • Support the Executives in driving operating cadence (weekly/monthly reviews, business updates, etc.)
    • Assist in aligning inputs across functions to ensure consistency in reporting and messaging

Executive Content & Reporting Support (±20%)

    • Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations, executive reports, and briefing packs
    • Draft and format professional Word documents, emails, and communications
    • Extract, analyse, and consolidate data from internal systems  (including  SAP or equivalent)
    • Build and maintain management dashboards and reporting packs using Excel, Power BI, or equivalent tools
    • Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve efficiency, automate tasks, and enhance output quality
    • Ensure all outputs are executive-ready, accurate, and aligned to organisational standards

    Key Requirements

    Experience & Capability

    • 8–12+ years’ experience supporting C-suite or senior executives in a complex, fast-paced environment
    • Proven experience operating as an Executive Assistant, Business Partner, or Chief of Staff support role
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously
    • Strong experience in executive reporting, presentations, and business documentation
    • Exposure to strategy execution tracking and governance processes

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
    • Strong working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems for data extraction and reporting
