Key Responsibilities

• Drive the delivery of both long- and short-term strategic initiatives that align with business goals and market opportunities.
• Lead and facilitate high-level strategic brainstorming sessions across the investment banking cluster.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing clear, data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Develop strategic progress and performance reports for executive stakeholders.
• Champion consistent, impactful messaging across internal communications, events, and leadership engagements.
• Collaborate across multiple business units to ensure strategy alignment and execution.
• Challenge traditional thinking and foster innovative problem-solving approaches.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with executives, cross-functional teams, and group-level stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication between the CEOs office, the strategy team, and operational units.

Role requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years in a strategic, analytical, or consulting environment (banking or investment sector experience preferred).
• Education: Bachelors degree in BSc, BCom, BA, Engineering, or related field (MBA or CFA advantageous).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
• Ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.
