Key Performance Output

The successful candidate, reporting to the Senior operations coordinators and will be responsible for the following:

• Schedule maintenance of assets when required.
• Analyse and trend operational activities to create efficiency.
• Adhere to and ensure adherence to statutory regulations, organisational standards, policies, and procedures. Report non-compliance and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance.
• Compile, manage and monitor OPEX and CAPEX budget.
• Monitor resources to ensure operational needs are met.
• Provide input into workforce planning and implement approved labour plans to ensure team is suitably staffed to meet sub-functional objectives.
• Compile and submit monthly Management reports as required.
• Build, support and maintain healthy, diverse internal and external relationships to ensure achievement of organisational goals. Implement remedial actions where required.

Technical Skills and Experience

The following skills and experience or the equivalent of such will be required: 

• National Diploma logistics/facilities management/operations is essential.
• 4 years operational business experience is essential.
• 1-year operation supervisory experience is essential.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office
• Driver’s License Code B
