Senior Technical Lead/Architect: MS D365 F&O at The Coca-Cola Company

• Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) presents an exciting opportunity for a Senior Technical Lead / Architect: Digital Solutions Commercial to join the Digital & Technology team at CCBA. The role will report to the relevant Digital Solutions, Enterprise Architecture, or Commercial Technology leadership function.
• The Senior Technical Lead / Architect: Digital Solutions Commercial is responsible for defining, governing, and delivering end-to-end solution and integration architectures that enable CCBA's commercial digital ecosystem, ensuring seamless connectivity across customer-facing and back-office platforms. The role is accountable for designing secure, scalable, resilient, and high-performing technology solutions spanning Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), eCommerce platforms, Sales Force Automation (SFA), WhatsApp ordering, customer interaction platforms, and enterprise integration services.

Key Duties & Responsibilities    

• Solution & Integration Architecture : Own secure, scalable technical design across 
• D365 F&O/CE, Adobe/Salesforce commerce, Salesforce/MacMobile SFA, WhatsApp ordering and Genesys CIC.
• End-to-End Order Orchestration : Design and assure reliable order capture into 
• D365/Sage fulfilment through APIs, events, Generic Order, Dual-Write and Azure  Integration Services.
• Hands-on Technical Delivery : Lead and contribute to extensions, integrations, fixes,  prototypes and technical reviews; guide developers and specialists.
• Technical Governance & Standards : Define architecture principles, integration patterns  and guardrails; lead design reviews and ARB submissions.
• Technical Incident Resolution : Lead diagnosis, root-cause analysis and resolution of  complex cross-platform production and integration issues.
• Performance, Reliability & Security : Embed performance, resilience, scalability,  security, identity and consent requirements in solution designs.
• Release & Environment Engineering : Govern ALM, environments, CI/CD and  coordinated releases across internal teams and vendors.
• Technical Leadership : Coach technical resources and assure vendor deliverables meet  architecture, quality and supportability standards
• End-to-end solution and integration architecture.
• API-led and event-based integration design.
• D365 F&O and CE technical design and extension. eCommerce, SFA, mobile, WhatsApp and CIC integration.
• Azure Integration Services and middleware engineering.
• Data and master-data integration: Dataverse, Delta Lake and Fabric.
• Security and non-functional design: performance, reliability and scalability.
• DevSecOps, ALM and release engineering.
• Hands-on technical delivery, code and design review.
• Architecture governance, standards and ARB assurance.
• Technical vendor and specialist oversight

Skills, Experience & Education    
Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information  Systems or related field.
• Architecture, integration, Azure or D365 certification advantageous.

Experience

• 10–14+ years in technical delivery, solution/integration architecture or senior  engineering, with hands-on technical leadership.
• D365 F&O/CE architecture, extension and integration, including CE-led order-to cash and Dual-Write.
• Azure Integration Services, APIs/events, Dataverse and commercial data integration.
• Adobe/Salesforce commerce, Salesforce/MacMobile SFA, WhatsApp and Genesys  CIC integration.
• DevSecOps/ALM, LCS, Azure DevOps, CI/CD and controlled multi-environment  releases.
• FMCG/CPG beverage experience strongly preferred: route-to-market, order-to-cash, pricing/promotions, field sales/SFA and distributor integration.
• Multi-market African environment and Agile/SAFe delivery.
• Solution/integration architecture; API and event design.
• Hands-on engineering: X++, C#/.NET, Power Platform/Dataverse, SQL/KQL,  REST/OData.
• Azure cloud/data technologies; DevSecOps and ALM.
• Performance, reliability, scalability and security engineering.
• Troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and technical assurance.
• Technical coaching, vendor oversight and collaboration
