Senior UI/UX Designer at Salt South Africa

• We’re looking for an experienced Senior UX & UI Manager to lead the end-to-end design of a portfolio of websites, creating seamless, user-centric digital experiences that deliver real business impact. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive UX strategy, craft intuitive interfaces, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the future of our digital products.
• You’ll take ownership of the full design lifecycle, from research, wireframing and prototyping through to high-fidelity UI design and implementation. Working closely with product, marketing and engineering teams, you’ll use customer insights, analytics and user testing to continuously improve the user journey while maintaining scalable design systems and best practices.

What we’re looking for:

• Extensive experience in UX and UI design for websites or digital products
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX projects and polished UI design
• Expertise in Figma, prototyping and design systems
• Experience using user research, analytics and testing to inform design decisions
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills
