• As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you’ll be responsible for driving the design process from concept to execution across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and clients to create intuitive and visually stunning digital products. Your designs will shape the way users interact with and experience the products my client develops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead UX/UI design efforts across a range of web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine design solutions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs based on project requirements and user needs
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented with high-quality standards
• Develop and maintain design systems that promote consistency and scalability across projects
• Mentor and guide junior designers, sharing knowledge and providing constructive feedback
• Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital design projects, including web and mobile applications
• Expertise in UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design (using tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)
• Proficiency in user-centered design principles and interaction design
• Experience with usability testing, user personas, user journeys, and other research methodologies
• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and best practices
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product teams, developers, and clients
• Experience working with design systems and maintaining consistency across multiple projects

Desired Skills:

• Experience in branding and designing for marketing materials or campaigns
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
