Senior Workday HCM Integration Consultant at Dimension Data

The Role

Based at The Campus, Sandton and/or Client Site when required and/or remote

Key Responsibilities :-

• Design, build and delivery of Workday Integrations
• Senior Integration Consultants are responsible for working with key IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for Large Enterprise customers.
• Provides project level technical leadership to ensure the success of technical deliverables during all stages of the deployment lifecycle.
• Develop, test, and deploy integrations between Workday & third-party systems for HCM.

Requirements

Key Experience Required :-

• 3+ years implementing integration solutions with ERP software : Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, NetSuite, Taleo, or other SaaS and On-Premise ERP systems
• Minimum 1+ year(s) Workday experience (essential)
• Background in delivering on global scale projects in complex organisations

Specific Skills/Qualifications Required :-

• Workday Integration Certification is required (essential)
• Web Services, SOAP, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net or other integration technologies
• Workday Studio, EIB, Cloud connect, PICOF and PECI (Highly desirable)
• Functional Experience in Workday (desirable)
• Passionate about customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong consulting skills e.g. presenting, leading workshops, demonstrating and explaining complex functionality or solutions to customers
• Ability to apply strong business skills and methodologies to interpret data, business processes and deliver solutions to clients
