Minimum Requirements    

• Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the automotive industry (Service Advisor or Foreman preferred)
• Minimum Grade 12 required
• Unendorsed Drivers Licence
• Computer Literate
• Successful demonstration of competency
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of automotive repair processes and quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Quality Assurance: Inspect vehicles undergoing repairs and maintenance to ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Process Monitoring: Monitor repair processes to identify any deviations from established procedures and guidelines.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, findings, and corrective actions taken.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with frontline service staff and technicians to address quality issues promptly and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Customer Interaction: Interact with customers to explain quality control processes and address any concerns regarding vehicle repairs.
